Andrea Beck

Andrea began her career in 2004 working for a government contractor focused on military strategic medical planning in response to mass casualty incidents, serendipitously laying a relevant foundation for subsequent work experiences governed strongly by principles of risk management in the financial services space and in cyber. In 2007 Andrea spent 8 years in strategic and quantitatively focused roles at a consumer credit monitoring company in Marketing, Product, Test Program Management, and Analytics Management. Throughout the journey across these various departments and teams, Andrea partnered closely with IT and Risk groups to create a new application for streamlining A/B testing, generate automated reports and notifications to enable faster decision-making with respect to campaign management, and alert managers to potential issues of fraud risk. In 2015, Andrea migrated into a Director role at another consumer financial services company where she led a digital team in growing EBITDA for online products over 3 consecutive years by simultaneously capitalizing upon new customer acquisition opportunities and reducing spend in areas of less efficiency. Attaining these financial objectives required close coordination with the Risk team on monitoring performance across multiple product lines and customer segments.

After 11 years in consumer financial services, Andrea accepted a full-time Chief Marketing Officer position with an agency she had helped co-found in 2017. This opportunity has allowed her to diversify her experiences beyond financial services, providing strategic consulting and campaign management services to companies spanning industries such as retail, real estate, automotive, employment, restaurant, and agriculture. Andrea currently serves as fractional CMO of Maxxsure, leading the charge in establishing a solid company brand, promoting the Maxxsure mission, and helping acquire and retain satisfied customers. She enjoys helping Maxxsure create cultures at client organizations that embrace a Risk Aware Lifestyle^TM to maximize cyber resilience.
